We are a small family run business started by me, Tim, over 25 years ago as T J Quinlan Property Maintenance. Since then, the business has grown from landscape gardening and decorating into a company covering most aspects of the building and maintenance trade.

My dad always said, “If you can’t do a job right, then you don’t do it at all.” We have always stuck by that, so if we offer a service, you can be assured it will be done properly. We were even invited onto the Age Concern approved contractor list, Contractor Call, and remained on it until it was closed due to funding issues.

My son Jack is a fully qualified bricklayer and has now been working alongside me for 7 years, building his experience across a wide range of trades. As the business evolved, so did the name. Our dog Holly is a brilliant top dog and likes to be involved in everything going on, so it seemed only right to rename the company Top Dog Building Services.
